How To Return Products To My Spa Intl.
If you wish to return Satisfaction Guaranteed products, you MUST contact our sales representative and returned products with 5 days of receipt to get your Full Refund.
Non-Eligible Items: Custom-made items
1. Contact our sales representative BEFORE shipping any products to My Spa Intl. and advise us that you would like to return products. Please wait for our approval.
2. Collect all the items you wish to return, and make sure these are all products of My Spa Intl.
3. Pack and place the products inside a box, so they'll arrive in good condition.
4. Please remove any stickers / labels or glue marks left on the box before sending the products back.
5. Please, include a copy of your Invoice
6. Shipping: Unless previously agreed, the customer is responsible for the shipping expense on returned item(s).
7. Advise our representative what the estimated value of the return is and that the returns were sent so we can expect them.
8. Please follow the above steps exactly or contact our representative in case you have any problems with these steps.
Please note: failing to process a return according to these instructions may result in unexpected charges.
9. Once your return products arrive to our office we will email you a complete report listing the products we received and your new balance report.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee products must be returned Unused and in their Original Packing.
11. We will gladly accept products with some tarnish, however, we will not accept products which were not maintained, badly handled or in bad condition (with scratches,scuff marks or unhealthy conditions).
12. We also do not take back any products, which were dipped in liquid cleaners of any kind.
HANDLING YOUR RETURN PRODUCTS:
We will process your returns "No Questions Asked".
Each time you return products you will receive full credit for the amount of the returned products.
You are welcome to use this credit to purchase new products. We do not offer any Cash refund for our products.
Purchase price of returned items will be credited to your credit card if still current or a check sent to return address.
Please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing once we receive the order. Shipping is not refunded and return shipping services are the customer's responsibility.
OUR POLICY FOR SAMPLES:
If our products do no meet your standards, or another decision after review was made, to please be returned in 14 days or a invoice will be mail for the value of the samples made.
